Since 2019, Campus France has organised in partnership with the Embassy of France and the Alliance Française de Kotte a student fair in order to give the public the opportunity to meet with French Institutions representatives.
Choose France Education Fair
"Choose France Education Fair" brought together on February 11th, 2020, during an exceptional event, renowned institutes specially invited in Sri Lanka, to present training courses both in French and in English accessible in France (business, management, gastronomy etc).
For the second year in a row, the French embassy organized on February the 11th, 2020 « Choose France », a gathering dedicated to higher studies opportunities in France. This event drew the participation of 11 French schools, in business (Neoma Business School, IPAG, Toulouse Business School, Brest Business School, Rennes Business School,KEDGE Business School), in management (Grenoble Ecole de Management et EM Normandie, and Vatel school for hospitality), in culinary art (Lenôtre school) and in applied arts (École Conte). Two Sri Lankan partner schools offering programs for further studies in France (AIC-ESIGELEC et LIFT-Mod’Art), Alliance française de Kotte and Campus France were also part of this event. Two French companies, Decathlon and Veolia, and two local tourism companies (Connaissance de Ceylan and Lion Royal) partnering with France held « Job opportunities – Work with France », a stall showcasing their activities and the work opportunities in Sri Lanka after graduating in France.
It was the occasion for more than 300 Sri Lankan students to meet the representatives and to realize that studying in France can make some dreams come true! Many thanks to every visitor for making this event a great success!
